A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow.
Aquatherapy is a low impact water base class perfect for those just starting to exercise. This will be a gentle class, low impact and great if recovering from an injury and GP referral's.

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise 'circuit' is one completion of all set exercises in the program. When one circuit is completed, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short and often with rapid movement to the next exercise.

HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. Ladies strength group training is an instructor led class where all ladies of different abilities and strengths can come along. You won't find any burpees here! Legs, bums and mums is a class just like legs, bums and tums but you just bring your babies/toddlers with you and workout.
